HAKKO HOUSE NAGAOKA

At HAKKO HOUSE, we provide the following bedding: two double beds and three sets of single futons. The accommodation can host up to seven guests, but for groups of six or more, guests will need to share the double beds. We appreciate your understanding. Reservations for day-use plans (for dining purposes) are available for groups of six or more. For groups with fewer than six guests, please contact us directly for inquiries. The counter seating in front of the kitchen can accommodate up to eight chairs. For groups of more than eight, please contact us in advance.

We do not provide bedding specifically for children. For overnight stays, we kindly ask that children share a bed with an adult. As for meals, we can provide options for children as an add-on. Please refer to the options section within your selected plan for details.

The facility is available for use only by guests who have made a reservation. If the number of guests exceeds the reserved number, a penalty of ¥20,000 per additional person will apply. In cases where actions are observed that violate our established rules, we reserve the right to ask guests to vacate the premises immediately without any refund. For guests using the day-use plan, the "Tsuru Room" (bedroom) is not available for use.

Please refrain from any activities that may disturb neighboring residents, such as setting off fireworks in front of the facility or creating loud noise late at night. If any trouble or violations, such as visits by law enforcement officers, are reported, your stay will be terminated immediately, and no refunds will be issued. Additionally, future reservations at our facility will not be accepted.

In the event of damage or destruction to furniture, facilities, or equipment, guests will be charged based on amounts determined by our company. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the facility. If smoking or residual odors are detected inside after checkout, a penalty of ¥10,000 per day will be applied.

We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses caused by the negligence of guests during their stay. However, in the case of serious injuries or issues, please promptly notify our emergency contact.

If any forgotten items are found, we will contact the representative of the booking party as soon as possible. If there is no response and we store the items, the retention period will be two weeks. (Please note that food and beverages will be disposed of immediately.) After the retention period, the items will be discarded. Thank you for your understanding.

Use of the facility by minors alone is strictly prohibited.
